As an Account Marketing Manager at Sage Creative Co., I develop and execute strategic content across email, SMS, and social media channels for a diverse portfolio of brands. I serve as a primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, timely project delivery, and alignment with brand objectives. My role also includes conducting routine reporting, competitor research, and trend analysis to inform content strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support measurable business growth.

Channels

I collaborated directly with clients and the team to manage project execution.

Create content calendars, write and coordinate channel-specific messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

I conducted monthly reporting on all channels and created a detailed quarterly report deck for client review.

  • Create dynamic email campaigns with engaging visuals and copy. Utilized reporting metrics and trends to design fresh and unique emails. Programs: Klavyio, Mailchimp, Flodesk

  • I oversee the social media content and provide strategic guidance in accordance with campaigns I set. Graphics, photos, and reels are all grounded in performance metrics and current trends.

  • Manage homepage updates and visuals based on the content calendar themes.

  • Write, review, and publish blog posts on Shopify.

Video Editing

I create a detailed shot list to film efficiently with the internal Sage team and our clients. This includes planned scenes, scripts, and props. All reels are edited using the CapCut or Edits app.
