River & Rose is a local Jacksonville, FL boutique that opened its doors in February 2026.

I worked with the client since the start of their business – from researching a name to looking for a space that suited their desired audience. I provided a questionnaire to the client and conducted competitor research to develop the logo and brand identity before creating content on digital marketing channels.

Channels

I built the Shopify website from start to finish with an extensive product catalog. I continue to upload products and merchandise collections on the e-commerce website in accordance with campaigns, inventory, and new arrivals.

Create content calendars, write and coordinate channel-specific messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

  • I manage product uploads, homepage updates, and merchandising based on the content calendar themes.

  • I create dynamic email campaigns with engaging visuals and copy. Analyzing reporting metrics and trends to design fresh and unique emails. Programs: Klavyio, Mailchimp, Flodesk

  • I oversee the social media content and provide strategic guidance in accordance with campaigns I set. The graphics, photos, and reels I create are all grounded in performance metrics and current trends.

  • I worked with the client to create a brand logo, identity , and voice that shaped the website and appearance on digital marketing platforms.
